We used Elite to pick us up from PDX when we returned to the US from Mexico after six years outside the country. Everything we own packed was into seven suitcases, and so we needed help to get from the airport to our hotel in Salem. The choice was an Uber, which would not have worked for our situation, or a luxury car service.

Hewar was wonderful from when I first called him to arrange our trip. He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel.

On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn`t help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would`ve taken it down, regardless, because I don`t post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call.  I highly recommend Elite. If I ever need a service like this again, I will for sure call Hewar.

Highly recommend! We recently used them for transportation to the airport. The night before our trip, our flight was cancelled. I immediately contacted them to reschedule and the process was super fast and easy.
After being gone almost three weeks we received confirmation the day before our return and TADAAAA Zico was there waiting for us at PDX for a super comfortable, clean and professional ride back home.
We`ll definitely use them for more PDX airport trips, but also thinking about hiring them our for next wine tasting day out in the valley.

I would like to thank PDX Elite Town Car for their outstanding service.  We were looking for an upscale ride and tour around the Portland sights (Waterfalls, Hood River Valley, and Wineries) and they delivered.  Our driver Zjiko showed up in a black Immaculate Chevy Suburban prior to our scheduled ride time and was more than happy to provide recommendations and look up additional places for us to visit on our one free day in Portland for a group of six.  We saw plenty of beautiful sites and rode in comfort and luxury all day.  What a great time, it was a please PDX Elite Town Car

Recently used PDX Elite on a round trip Beaverton / airport trip and they were fantastic. Cars were spacious and very clean. The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage.

The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time.

Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday.

We are customers for life!
